Svida is Vice President of the Femina Group.  She obtained  her bachelors degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1988 and an MBA degree in 1997 from Columbia University, New York. She worked for GE Capital in Connecticut for five years before returning to Indonesia to join Femina Group in 2001.

Upon joining, she became the group's Commercial Director. Svida, who reports directly to the group CEO, is responsible in directing the group's future directions and expansions as well as finding new opportunities within the group’s existing commercial activities.  Femina Group’s portfolio is dominating the landscape of Indonesian magazine market, established 32 years ago.

Svida played a key role in developing and maintaining strategic ties with leading global publishers who have entrusted the Femina Group to publish their titles through licensing agreements for the Indonesian market. These included: Seventeen (Hearst), Men's Health (Rodale), PC Magazine (Ziff Davis), Readers' Digest (The Readers' Digest Association) and Parenting (Time Inc.). Svida also played an instrumental role in the group's forays into other areas of the media business, such as radio stations and television production.

Svida is also active in directly assisting the group's advertising and promotion departments to secure and structure mutually beneficial relationships across titles. Svida is a mother of two twin boys who loves reading, dining and traveling.
