Narindra Bikka Mitya is a Foreign Service Officer for the Republic of Indonesia. She received her B.A. in International Relations from Parahyangan Catholic University and spent three years working in the telecommunication industry in Jakarta prior to joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She was assigned to work on the promotion of democracy in Asia and the Pacific with the Directorate of Public Diplomacy in her first year, worked at the Office of the Director General for ASEAN Cooperation in her second year, and later dealt with inter-parliamentary cooperation and human rights issues in the Southeast Asia region with the Directorate of ASEAN Political and Security. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree, Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy program, at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Her interests are foreign language and culture, regional cooperation, Islam and democracy, and conflict resolutions. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and going out with friends.
