Tricia joined USINDO after a career with the United Nations Development Programme where she worked as Programme Specialist in the ASEAN-UNDP Partnership Facility from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that she worked in the ASEAN Secretariat in the Bureau for Programme Coordination and External Relations. She received her Master in Business Administration from California State University at Bakersfield, California and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Management from Trisakti University in Jakarta, Indonesia.
